Good Health and Wellbeing

We continuously develop our occupational health management programme with measures to prevent disease. This includes, among other things, a permanent optimisation of employee protection measures and an awareness campaign on the effects of substance abuse.

In addition, we take targeted measures to improve and maintain all employees’ ability to work. When employees return to work after an illness, a process is in place throughout Thorn and the wider Zumtobel Group to accompany them to and reintegrate them at the workplace.

In our collaboration with customers, we take into account the criteria “good light” and “quality of light” in the lighting design of projects, thus enhancing the wellbeing of users.
