Quality Education

We conduct annual appraisal interviews, so-called myTALKs, with employees. Together with the employees, the appropriate development measures are defined and agreed upon. For employees with a disability, equal access is provided to regular learning units. In addition, employees are also informed about our sustainability activities so that they can act as multipliers, both internally and externally, in the interest of environmental protection.

Our aligned SDG 4 targets:

  • Equal access to high-quality, technical and vocational training for all employees
  • Increase the number of people who have technical or vocational skills for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship
  • Equal access to education for people with a disability
  • Ensure the provision of knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development and lifestyles.
