Creating a new lease of life at City, University of London

Project Type: Refurbishment including replacement of T5/T8 fluorescent battens

Why? The aim of the refurbishment was to create a new main entrance complex, improve circulation and expand student facilities at the Northampton Square main campus.

Solution? Thorn Chalice to replace conventional fluorescent downlights and PopPack to replace the T8/T5 battens. Equaline to light up main areas of the building. Voyager LED for emergency exit signs.

The Result?

Energy saving: ~67%
