Put simply, energy costs are on the rise both residentially and commercially. With many businesses promoting hybrid working and therefore wanting to see staff back in the office during the week, energy costs will naturally rise this winter anyway compared to the last two when many ‘ office-based’ staff worked from home as a result of COVID. So a refurbishment of the space including the lighting can look to help mitigate these rises costs.
